ABOUT THE MENTORING PROGRAM
The Mackay Mentoring Network program supports current and aspiring managers and leaders of regional industries and local government to build a network of inspired leadership professionals and provides an opportunity for those involved to share and reflect on professional life in a confidential, non-judgemental environment.
The program allows mentees to explore their careers and skills, and provides opportunities for them to connect with like-minded people, through participation in a mutually beneficial developmental relationship.
Further, the mentoring program seeks to provide individuals with guidance and support to achieve their career goals and personal aspirations.
As a mentor or mentee, you will have a chance to meet and connect with other professionals in your industry. The goal is to build lasting connections and corporate partnerships that will benefit all parties involved.
This program is ideal for those looking to expand their network and make meaningful connections in the local region.
And to enable access to the mentoring program at a greater level for organisations there are streamlined costs for business.
So, we encourage you to register your interest and come with an open mind and a willingness to learn and share experiences.
As a mentor, contribute to the professional development of aspiring leaders within the Mackay region.
As a mentee, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable insight and knowledge from those who have been in your shoes and have successfully navigated the path to success.
Submit your details today and come ready to network and build lasting relationships. We look forward to seeing you as part of this year's mentoring program.
