Their flagship, Owner Manager Program is specifically designed for owners of mid-sized businesses (with annual revenue between $3m - $100m), who are looking for personal and business growth.
Growing out of work completed at the University of Queensland Business School and Australasia’s leading business accelerator, The Icehouse, the Owner Manager Program (OMP), is considered one of the most practical and results-driven programs available for business owners.
In addition, Australian Owner Manager facilitates the very popular OM Leadership Program (designed specifically for senior managers working in mid-sized businesses) and a series of masterclasses on relevant business areas such as Finance, Marketing and People & Culture.
