Dean oversees the management of RIN, building the cooperative’s strengths through member engagement and by connecting with buyers, government stakeholders and the community. Dean is responsible for the overall management of RIN’s operations and business development activities. Dean is also responsible for the management of the MIW METS SME Export Hub and assists the region’s businesses in becoming export-ready by developing further.
Sonia handles membership engagement, sponsorship recruitment, and project development. She secures keynote speakers for signature events and manages program development for the Safety and Professional Development Conferences. Sonia also develops and manages the marketing strategies for RIN activity and coordinates a range of RIN projects and collaborations.
Kelly is responsible for RIN’s financial and administrative duties. Kelly is also an authorised MSIC issuing officer and can assist with any enquiries related to applying for or renewing an MSIC card.
Wendy is the first point of contact for members and handles RIN’s administrative and reception duties. Wendy also assists with RIN’s signature events and monthly Industry Briefings requirements. She is also an authorised MSIC issuing officer and can help with any enquiries related to applying for or renewing an MSIC card.
Melanie is responsible for RIN's strategic communication activities to enhance engagement and visibility within the region and sector. Melanie creates content, manages digital media channels, designs printed materials, and sustains relationships with stakeholders to effectively convey the network’s initiatives and goals.
Andrew works closely with all areas of the RIN office, to complete office admin and finance tasks. Andrew is also an authorised MSIC issuing officer and contributes to digital media and events work to enhance his skills and benefit the RIN team and members.
